I offer a brief free telephone consultation to find out a little about the difficulties you are experiencing and whether I am the most appropriate person to help. Following this, we meet for an initial assessment during which we explore key areas of difficulty in the context of your wider life and history. Through this we begin to develop a joint and shared understanding of presenting issues, enabling us to plan the most appropriate intervention and support for you.
